Reminders that reach the right person — not just you.

  • Remind yourself, the current assignee, or specific teammates — the assignee is resolved when the reminder fires.
  • 24-hour, timezone-correct scheduling in your own Jira timezone.
  • Delivered as an issue comment that @-mentions each recipient, so Jira sends its own notification.
  • A Reminders panel on every issue, plus a personal "My Reminders" page for everything you've set.
  • Snooze a fired reminder by a day, or delete it in one click.

Approval Chaser for JSM

Pending Jira Service Management approvals, kept moving.

  • Watches pending approvals across the JSM service projects you choose.
  • Per-request glance: days waiting, nudge history, and a one-click "Nudge now".
  • Hourly scan sends at most one nudge per approval each cadence window.
  • Escalate to a named contact after a set number of days.
  • Optional customer-visible portal comment to reach portal-only approvers.

Recurring Work for Jira

Jira issues created on a schedule you can check.

  • Daily, weekly or monthly schedules, every N — quarterly is simply monthly, every 3.
  • Each schedule keeps its own timezone, so 09:00 stays 09:00 after the clocks change.
  • Summary and description templates with date tokens like {{date}}.
  • Preview the next three runs, then see a run history of what fired and which issue it created.
  • Runs on its own trigger, so it uses none of your Jira automation quota.

Our Jira apps run entirely on Atlassian

Each AB Apps Jira and JSM app is a native Atlassian Forge app. It runs inside Atlassian's cloud, stores only the minimal configuration it needs in Atlassian-hosted Forge storage, and makes no external network calls — so your Jira data never leaves your Atlassian instance.

  • No data egressNo external network calls. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
  • Minimal footprintOnly the settings each app needs, held in Atlassian's Forge storage.
  • No third-party trackingNo analytics or advertising SDKs — in the apps or on this site.

All three apps are built to meet the Runs on Atlassian requirements and are eligible for the badge, which Atlassian grants after review at listing time.
